Studio 281 Cancellation Policy
We aim to keep things fair and flexible for all our members. Please read the cancellation terms below to avoid any charges or lost credits.
Class Bookings
Gym Classes
- Cancel at least 4 hours before the class start time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows:
- £5 charge for unlimited members
- Loss of a credit for those on a credit pack
Reformer Pilates Classes
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows:
- Loss of a credit for credit pack holders
- £10 charge for unlimited members
Membership Cancellations
Reformer Pilates Memberships
- 6 month rolling contract
- 1 calendar month’s notice required. Please email hello@studio281.co.uk
Gym Memberships
- 6–12 month minimum contract (depending on your plan)
- 1 calendar month’s notice required
- Submit cancellation in writing to hello@studio281.co.uk or speak to your studio team
Membership Perks
Alongside your membership, you’ll also receive:
- 20% off additional credit purchases
- 4-month priority booking
- Invitations to exclusive quarterly events
- A “bring a friend for free” pass every month. Must be new to the studio and signed up via the app.
- Preferred pricing on events and workshops
- Reformer Pilates and Sculpt members can carry over unused credits into the following month.
- Gym bolt-on option — just £35 for 8 sessions to use within a month.
